Hello!
I am a born and raised individual from Mannville. I graduated from Mannville School in 2005 and completed my post secondary education at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology where I graduated with a Finance Major in 2007. Small town opportunities drew me back to work in the Agricultural Industry for 5 years, Oil and Gas Industry for 5 years, and in 2015 I had the privilege to join the amazing staff and students of Mannville School. Continuous learning is important for growth, and I am currently working towards furthering my education, in hopes to complete my Bachelor of Education one day.
I live south of Mannville on our cattle farm with my husband Lyndon, our two son's Laytyn & Nashtyn, and our daughter Brittyn. Being in the same building my kids go to everyday is such a great thing! Much of my time outside of the school is spent at the hockey rink, ball diamonds and involved with our family farm. My biggest passion is running!
Primarily, my role here is the Administrative Assistant, as well as creating positive relationships with students that are kind, caring, and respectful. I have the curiosity to seek others perspectives, and help support our students to follow our school mantra of "Learning and Leading". I love collaborating with the staff, students, and community members to support a positive school culture at Mannville School.
